 Description: The western diamond rattlesnake is long body and haves white diamond designs on the back.

Habitat: western Texas desert,desert flats to rocky hillsides, grassy plains, forested areas and river bottoms 

Prey: Mice, rats, rabbits, gophers, ground dwelling birds, lizards and other small animals.

Predators: Diamondbacks have many predators such as Eagles, hawks, roadrunners, king snakes, coyote, bobcats  foxes

How does its venom kill its victims?:The venom from the majority of rattlesnake bites will damage tissue and affect your circulatory system by destroying skin tissues and blood cells.

In this story Anne Holm is exploring the Theme ‘control’ by making David live in a concentration camp and David doesn’t have any Free will. David thinks being in control of someone is cruel and that violence is the worst thing in the world.





Justice:


In this story Anne Holm is exploring the Theme ‘justice’ by making David have to walk and beg for rides to get to Denmark. David doesn't know much about justice however he does know that the guards in should be taken to custody.





Freedom:


In this story Anne Holm is exploring the Theme ‘freedom’ by making David escape the concentration camp to go all the way to Denmark to have freedom. David thinks everyone should have freedom where ever when ever.





Reliance:





In this story Anne Holm is exploring the Theme ‘reliance’ by making David try to find somebody to trust and to look for Mrs Anderson. At the start of the book and movie David has know one to trust except for Johannes.

THE MIGHTY WARRIOR AND THE TITAN

Once upon a time there lived a boy called Reace. He lived in a village with his uncles and aunties. When he was only 5 years old his parents were killed by Kunfangu. 

Kunfangu was a giant beast. He was made of earth & trees. His eyes were volcanos. He was very evil. 

Reace’s dad was a mighty warrior who sacrificed himself for his village. Every one in the village thought Kunfangu was destroyed but actually he was just turned back into nature. When Reace was 13 the two volcano's erupted again because someone dropped rocks inside them. 

Kunfangu was re-awoken. Reace’s village was ravaged by Kunfangu’s lava and every house was melted. Reace was asleep and almost died. Reace didn’t know how he survived. Then he woke up to a huge titan called Blobby. Reace was terrified at first but then they had a talk. Blobby said that Kunfangu was awoken. 

Reace was very scared. But then he said to blobby ‘ Take me to Kunfangu’. Blobby and Reace set off to fight Kunfangu. 1 hour later they came across a huge mountain that was apparently called mount Everest. 

Reace & Blobby came across a huge canyon. They ran back a whole mile to get a run up. Reace and Blobby ran and almost didn’t make it. suddenly it became dark. 

The trees turned into monsters and tried eating Reace’s and Blobby’s feat. Reace started to hear growling noises. He looked behind him and saw 300 wolfs. 

Blobby ran as fast as he could while Reace was trying to hold on. They finally made it to Kunfangu. Kunfangu saw them and started forming an army of little monsters. 

Reace was fighting the monsters while Blobby was fighting Kunfangu. At that instant Kunfangu killed Blobby with his lava. Reace was given the power of the mighty warrior and was awarded with the mighty warrior sword. 

Reace retrieved the sword and started slicing the monsters. Reace killed them all and then started fighting Kunfangu. Reace got really mad and sliced right through Kunfangu. 

Reace quickly rushed over to Blobby. Reace started crying and Blobby’s body started disappearing. Finally Reace went back to the ravaged village to see if everyone was ok. The End

Once upon a time not so long ago there lived a boy called Jake. He had medium blonde hair, white teeth, beautiful blue eyes & tan skin. He was kind, caring & very intelligent. He lived with his mum & sisters. His little brother James went missing and was suspected to be kidnapped. 

A couple days after Jake's 24th birthday he heard a garbage truck alarm go off. Jake decided to have a look. There he saw a man with a mask driving towards the beach. Jake then hopped in his car and followed him to an abandoned warehouse by the beach. 

The next day Jake saw that same truck driving around picking up garbage but the truck had a sign that said “ Mr Petty's  Free garbage. That night Jake went for a walk to the beach when he saw a that very same truck with the very same man in it trying to dump rubbish into the ocean. Jake immediately ran towards him with a machete. 

Mr Petty spotted Jake jumped out of his truck with his taser laser and got ready to fight back. Just as they were about to strike  each other. They realised that there was something familiar with each other. They then realised they were brothers. Jake talked James into not being nasty. James returned the truck and was not evil anymore.

Instructions: How to turn a ball of clay into a pottery tile artwork

Step 1: Start with a ball of clay and flatten it with your hands until it’s semi flat.

Step 2: Then start rolling it with a rolling pin. When you roll it you must roll in different directions. So roll it twist it, roll it twist it, do that a couple times.

Step 3: Use two spacer boards to make it even. By using two spacer boards and a rolling pin you can roll it very consistently. It will flatten to the thickness of the sticks.

Step 4: Periodically taking the slabs off the cloth will help as well instead of peeling the slap up which bends the slap. You should flip the slab over and peel the cloth off it.

Step 5: Then again roll it and that will allow the slab some  movement so it's easier to roll. At this point you have a very consistent slab, You see if you cut through……

Step 6: Roll a little ball of clay then do your walls and design your tile using the scratch, slip & score attachment.

Step 7: After designing your tile get crushed up glass and fill your tile. Be careful not to overfill the tile so it doesn't run over the edges and and ruin the kilm.

Step 8: Then put it in the kilm. Let the tile dry for 2-3 days.

I imagine David being quite tall and having medium blonde hair. I also imagine David having old, dusty, dirty and rugged pants and overalls. Following that I imagine him having rough and tan skin. I imagine him have a nice square face and dull brown eyes. I also think he is a little bit underweight. David to me is a very anxious kid that is very spirited.

Last year, the day before the cross country I was as busy as bee. The day of the cross country I got my favorite clothes on while my brother was being a bull in a china shop. While the year 4 children were racing I was chewing the fat with Connor & Jacob. The year 4 race finished in the blink of an eye, and it was our turn. We lined up, and at the drop of a hat we were off. Connor was running as fast as the wind with his fancy running shoes because he was born with a silver spoon in his mouth. Jacob was blue in the face as he was getting beaten by me. That night me & my brother were up burning the midnight oil talking about the race. Jacob was making a storm in a teacup.
